Rant #9: Pepto Bismol

Remember the commercials? headache, nausea, upset stomach, indigestion, diarrhea…Pepto Bismol! Well, my friends, Pepto Bismol is not what you think it is. It appears to be an innocuous medication you take for the above symptoms. Wrong! If anything, Pepto Bismol makes you even sicker – every time I have taken it, I end up vomiting my pink little guts out. I hate Pepto Bismol; the very smell of it makes me feel queasy and nauseated. If you have had positive experiences with the pink minty liquid, please feel free to enlighten me. I’m getting a little sick thinking about it.
